The specific scope of services will be outlined in individual service agreements or project proposals. These Terms apply to all services provided by Mastic Agency unless otherwise specified in writing.
User Responsibilities
Account Registration
If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

Client-Provided Content

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to any content you provide and that such content does not infringe on the rights of any third party.
Work Product Ownership
Ownership of deliverables and work product created by Mastic Agency will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally, upon full payment, clients receive the agreed-upon rights to use the final deliverables. Mastic Agency retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment Terms
Payment terms for services will be outlined in individual proposals or service agreements. General payment policies include:
- Invoicing: Invoices will be issued according to the payment schedule specified in your agreement
- Payment Methods: We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, or other methods as agreed

Project Timelines and Deliverables
Project timelines and deliverables will be outlined in individual service agreements. While we strive to meet all deadlines:
- Timelines are estimates and may be subject to change based on project scope and client responsiveness
- Delays caused by client actions (e.g., late feedback, content provision) may extend project timelines
- We will communicate any potential delays promptly and work to minimize their impact
- Rush projects may incur additional fees
Revisions and Modifications
The number of revisions included in each project will be specified in your service agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges. Significant changes to project scope after work has begun may require a new proposal and adjusted pricing.
Termination
Termination by Client
Clients may terminate services by providing written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination:
- Client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date
- Any deposits or prepaid amounts for uncompleted work may be non-refundable as specified in the agreement
- Mastic Agency will deliver all completed work upon receipt of final payment
Termination by Mastic Agency
We reserve the right to terminate services if:
- Client fails to make timely payments
- Client violates these Terms or engages in unacceptable conduct
- Continuing the relationship is not feasible or advisable
Warranties and Disclaimers
Mastic Agency warrants that services will be performed with professional care and skill. However:
- We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes from marketing campaigns
- Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free
- We are not responsible for third-party platforms, tools, or services used in conjunction with our services
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mastic Agency shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Damages arising from third-party actions or platforms
- Any damages exceeding the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mastic Agency and its employees, contractors, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of our relationship. This obligation continues even after the termination of services.
Confidential information does not include information that is publicly available, independently developed, or rightfully obtained from third parties.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Morocco. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through:
- Good faith negotiations between the parties
- Mediation if negotiations are unsuccessful
- Binding arbitration or litigation in Moroccan courts as a last resort
Changes to Terms
